  I purchased some French Toast sticks and they were not cooked. I realized this when I got home and called and spoke with the manager on duty Marcos. He told me that I was lying because they never serve uncooked food to customers and that if I'm not lying I would bring them back to the store...first off...who is gonna call to lie about $1? Seriously...when I asked him for his name he said come to the store and find out. When I asked for the owners name he said he's very busy and doesn't have time to deal with me and disconnected. I went to the store and went inside, to him justifying calling me a liar. That yes they're cold but people do lie....WHAT?!? I told him my issue is not the food being uncooked, it's with him saying I was a liar...he refunded me my money and just walked away to assist another customer...soo this is how Burger King allows it's employees to treat customers when they are at fault?
